Last month was all about finding a new space for The Collage Cafe. One that would serve the multi-passions that I have and allow me to grow as well as build community. As you know, I did find just such a space and take possession June 1st, with grand opening dreams of sometime mid-July.
So what does that mean for the merry merry month of May? It means I really need to streamline and organize. I am wearing quite a few different hats (owner, artist, entrepreneur, purchaser, designer, curator.... well you get the gist). And the fact is, that some of these I am much better at than others.... so I have made the bold decision to hire someone to help me.
I need help revamping the website so more reflects who I am and serves what I want The Collage Cafe to be for you. I need help strategizing an overarching plan for the biz and a communication/marketing plan. I need help keeping things going and on track.
In addition to that, I also have logistical things to take care of.... the new space painted, moved, and a clear direction for the classes and offerings I will have.
You can bet that this 30 day visioning process is destined to be one of my classes.... I love the process that much that. I think it has the potential to be life-changing....and I really want to share that with you!
